ExEm Medical Consulting was created in 2015 by Dr. Ross Berringer, an emergency physician with a keen interest and broad knowledge of legal issues arising from the practice of medicine.
Dr. Berringer has over 35 years of experience working as an emergency physician in British Columbia and Ontario. He holds a Certificate of Special Competency in emergency medicine from the College of Family Practice and is a current diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. In addition, he worked nine years with the Canadian Medical Protective Association as an educator and writer. During his career he has authored numerous medico legal opinions for both the plaintiff and the defendant. Services offered include: initial case review, formal report writing, testimony, rebuttal, and advice on cross examination strategies. Costs are competitive and service is timely and punctual.
